These terms are an agreement between you and 10X Freedom (“10XF”, “we”) for the 10XF Freedom app and this website. By using them you agree to these terms.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. One account per person.

What the app is, and isn’t

10XF Freedom is a free spiritual-growth and habit tool built on Christian faith. It is not therapy, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or an emergency service, and it doesn’t replace a counselor, pastor or doctor. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 in the US, or call 911.

Content filtering

Guardrails use Apple’s Screen Time features on your own device. No filter is perfect, and we don’t promise it will block all content or that it can’t be bypassed.

Brothers

Only invite men who agreed to be your brother, and use alerts and messages respectfully. Don’t use the app to monitor, harass or pressure anyone. We may remove accounts that do.

Your content

You own what you write. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the app for you, as described in our privacy policy.

Our content

The devotionals, plans and other app content belong to 10XF or its licensors. Scripture quotations are from the Holy Bible, New Living Translation, copyright © 1996, 2004, 2015 by Tyndale House Foundation, used by permission of Tyndale House Publishers, Carol Stream, Illinois 60188. All rights reserved.

Free service

The app is free. If we ever offer paid features, we’ll tell you before you are charged anything, and features you already have for free stay free.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.

Disclaimers and limits

The app is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that can’t be waived.

Apple

These terms are between you and 10XF, not Apple. Apple has no responsibility for the app or its support, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms.

Law

Minnesota law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
