Delete your account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open 10XF Freedom and go to You.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm. If you signed in with Apple, you’ll confirm with Apple once more.

By email

Email support@10xlifeplan.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We’ll confirm within 7 days.

What gets removed

Your account, profile, check-ins, plan progress, moments won, brother connections, alerts and notification tokens are deleted from our servers right away. Encrypted backups roll off within 30 days. Journal entries were only ever on your phone; delete the app to remove them. Your brothers will see that the connection ended.
